Quality Control:
Quality is priority at Metaflex. Metaflex has its own written detailed inspection plan for all the finished products and its processes at different stages of production. In order to make finished products 100% qualified, we take many actions, e.g. making special measurement jigs, asking for help from expertise institute.

1. Incoming Material Inspection
All the materials coming to the company from different sources have to undergo the inspection and testing as per inspection plan before they go to warehouse. 100% visual examination and measurement inspection has to be done every time. Chemical, metallurgical and physical testing is also carried out as per the plan or instruction of the customer, which will be done by China metal research and development institute according to our quality plan.

2. Process Inspection
Inspection is carried out at every stage of production at different stages. Each processing stage has its own inspection plan to satisfy the customers' needs depending upon the experience and expertise. Once workers find abnormal things, they must stop production and report to their supervisor. Until they solve the problems they can not start production.

3. Final Inspection
Although all the parts are controlled during the different stage, they still have to be inspected when they come into finished product warehouse as per our quality plan.
